Junior Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing potential commercial real estate lending relationships
- Contacting applicants, collecting and screening all financial, credit and related information
- Structuring loans and submitting them to the Underwriting
- Monitoring loan transactions from origination, documentation through closing
Qualifications:
- One year working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- Highly ethical
- Self motivate and willing to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Loan officer or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
- Legal working status required
Location: Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco
Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conducts all recruitment efforts for all personnel
- Performs benefit administration
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development & implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Develops HR specific training as needed for employees
- Advises on reward management systems and the operation of the company’s pay structure and performance pay schemes
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, relevant laws and HR policies/procedures
- Energetic, self-motivated, well organized person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Legal working status required
