Junior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing potential commercial real estate lending relationships
• Contacting applicants, collecting and screening all financial, credit and related information
• Structuring loans and submitting them to the Underwriting
• Monitoring loan transactions from origination, documentation through closing

Qualifications:

• One year working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
• Highly ethical
• Self motivate and willing to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Loan officer or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
• Legal working status required

Location: Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco

Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conducts all recruitment efforts for all personnel
• Performs benefit administration
• Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development & implementation of personnel policies and procedures
• Develops HR specific training as needed for employees
• Advises on reward management systems and the operation of the company’s pay structure and performance pay schemes

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, relevant laws and HR policies/procedures
• Energetic, self-motivated, well organized person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Legal working status required
