• One of the subject’s tenants was a herbal  health service which limited their refinance options from conventional lenders
• Requested for a significant percentage of the  loan to be cashed out
• Guarantor had personal credit issues


Grand Pacific was able to overcome the setbacks by:

• Recognizing that the property’s demand was high enough to be 100% occupied
• Client  had substantial expertise as a real estate investor and had healthy finances to prove
