Commercial Loan Closing Assistant
Responsibilities
- Track, collect, and assemble appropriate closing documents, due diligence and information in connection with loan transactions
- Review the preliminary title report, resolve issues, and request the appropriate endorsements for the final policy
- Coordinate with underwriting, legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing
- Review organizational documents and confirm that all parties and signature blocks are accurately reflected in all closing documents
- Confirm all signature pages have been received, and all documents are complete
- Prepare and review loan documents for execution by all parties
- Prepare UCC Financing Statements
- Confirm all loans are closed in compliance with company procedures and requirements, and follow up, as needed, with borrowers, lenders, and title companies on items required to close
- Follow up on post-closing requirements
- Proofread loan documents
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or associate’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial loan closing/paralegal
- Legal or paralegal background is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lending and closing procedures
- Experience with title insurance policies and title policies
- Adept at working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Commercial Loan Underwriter
Responsibilities
- Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, and conducting site inspections
- Prepare credit write-ups
- Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups
- Review and monitor loans post-closing
- Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates good communication and writing skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented
Commercial Loan Assistant
Responsibilities

- Verification of documents provided by borrowers
- Gather and prepare information for underwriting, including title searches, property evaluations, and financial analysis
- Review loan applications to ensure they meet minimum qualification requirements
- Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
- Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong credit analysis and accounting background
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
- Ability to analyze financial data

Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer
Responsibilities
- Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
- Establish and maintain relationships with loan brokers
- Analyze the loan applicant’s financials
- Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
- Meet and communicate with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
- Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures
- Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing
- Maintain interpersonal connections with loan applicants
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong good interpersonal client relations skills
- Minimum (2) years of commercial lending experience required
- Experience in handling construction loans is a plus
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
