Commercial Loan Officer

We are looking for several self-motivated Commercial Loan Officers to join our team in Monterey Park to develop new business. We offer competitive base salary plus bonus with excellent benefits package.

Job Description:

• Originate floating rate commercial real estate loans
• Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
• Analyze loan applicants’ financial strengths and weaknesses
• Determine appropriate loan structure and pricing
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing and maintenance
• Assist in collection accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending
• Strong credit analysis and accounting background
• Ability to analyze financial information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed
• Strong client relations skills
