Asset-Based Loan Program

Similar to our traditional Bridge Loan, our Asset-Based Loan Program is ideal for financing cash out on equity or funding scenarios that require a quick closing timeline. Available for purchase or refinance, our Asset-Based Loan Program can finance up to 70% LTV on residential properties and up to 65% LTV on commercial properties. By focusing on the strength of the subject property and keeping the LTV at a lower benchmark, we are able to offer faster closing times than our traditional Bridge Loan. In some cases, closing in as quickly as 5-10 business days. This program is also ideal for financing non-performing properties, with options available for DSCR under 1.0X.

  • Amount: $1 million to $5 million
  • Property types: Retail, Mixed-Use, Office, Multi-Family, Light Industrial/Warehouse, Single Family Residence (non-owner occupied)
  • Lending Area: California
  • Loan Purpose: Purchase, Refinance, and Cash Out
  • Term: Up to 24 months
  • Interest Rate: Minimum 2.99% over WSJ Prime (Limited Time Offer)
  • Maximum LTV:
    • Commercial Property – 65%
    • House/Condo/Apartment – 70%
  • Repayment: Interest Only
